Admission Process

1 Submit online application: Parents are required to submit an online application form on the school website.

2 Check application status: Parents are to check their application status from "Sahara New Capital Members Login" button, a few days after submitting the application.

3 Student assessment: Parents are expected to receive a call from the admission office to set an assessment day for the student. Both parents' and child's presence is mandatory on the assessment day.

4 Parents interview: Parents are expected to receive a call from the admission office to set an appointment for parents' interview. If the interview will be conducted online, parents are expected to receive the meeting link via their account on the school website.

5 Check admission acceptance status: Parents are required to check their account on the school website in few weeks after their interview for their assessment result and further steps required.

6 recent photos of the student
Original Birth Certificate - electronic one or Original Passport (for non-Egyptians)
Copy of both Parents’ IDs
Parents’ Original Passport (for non-Egyptians)
Proof of Educational Qualification for both parents

For Transfers, After Acceptance:

For FS2 & Grade 1, Registration Statement approved by the Educational Administration
Statement of Success
- (Grade 1 – Grade 7): For the previous academic year
- (Grade 8 – Grade 11): For the previous academic years starting Grade 6
4 copies of the Transfer Application Form approved by both schools and educational administrations - (transferred from and to)
Electronic Transfer Request from the school of transfer approved by the Ministry of Education
